Construction
Responsibilities
Play a vital role in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing
Perform Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation
Run machinery such as skid steers, AWP/scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks
Follow all safety guidelines consistently
Arrive on time and effectively complete tasks
Collaborate effectively with co-workers to achieve goals and complete tasks
Work in a physically demanding role, including regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
Preferred
Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred
