Responsibilities

Reads test schedules, work orders, and performance specifications to determine audit procedure
Inspects completed assemblies for proper configuration in allotted time
Records audit results and notes assembly deficiencies
Tags and tallies all defective material
Creates Quality Incident reports for nonconforming product
Quarantines damaged and malfunctioning components
Confers with engineers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding audit procedures and results to resolve problems

Qualification

Quality auditsReading blueprintsBasic computer skillsVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

One to three years technical experience
High School Graduate or equivalent
Ability to properly read work orders, blueprints, and schematics
Basic computer and windows skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good verbal and written communication skills
