This fully remote role focuses on ensuring data integrity and operational success through monitoring, data quality issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the daily monitoring and management of our MDM platform to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
Identify and resolve data quality issues using investigative techniques, and collaborate with technical teams for escalations
Facilitate data stewardship processes by enforcing data quality rules and providing essential documentation
Work with cross-functional colleagues to enhance automation and refine data management strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in data operations or stewardship roles, demonstrating a commitment to data quality standards
Proficiency in SQL and experience handling large data sets for analysis and reconciliation
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail, capable of quickly identifying discrepancies in data
Excellent communication skills to effectively work with both technical and business partners
Preferred
Familiarity with Master Data Management platforms such as Profisee, Reltio, or Informatica
Experience with data integration technologies like Azure Data Factory or SQL Server
Background working in regulated sectors, such as healthcare or financial services
Understanding of data governance frameworks and implementation best practices
