Responsibilities
Analyze, organize, and clean datasets related to global safety, security, travel, procurement, operations and country registration activities to support policy and process review and updates, tracking as needed
Assist with drafting and updating internal manuals, guidance and process documents, and operational resources used by staff across the organization’s global footprint
Support country registration workstreams by tracking registration status, coordinating inputs across legal, human resources, finance, and operations teams, and participating in coordination meetings
Conduct research and synthesize information to inform operational decision-making, policy development, and internal briefings
Support the development of internal training materials and learning resources related to operational processes, including those that help staff navigate work place policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Graduate student pursuing a degree in public administration, public policy, nonprofit management, international affairs, international development, global public health (with an interest in operations or management), business administration, or a related field
Strong data handling skills, including organizing and analyzing datasets
Ability to research, synthesize information, and communicate clearly in writing for internal audiences
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inputs across teams
Interest in organizational operations and learning how global organizations function
Preferred
Knowledge of Python and Power BI will be a plus
Familiarity with process documentation or exposure to global or multi-country work environments is a plus
