Responsibilities
Perform skilled carpentry work including framing, finishing, drywall, siding, flooring, decking, and cabinetry
Construct, repair, and remodel buildings, docks, walkways, guest areas, and employee facilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately
Repair structural damage and address wear caused by heavy seasonal use and coastal conditions
Collaborate with maintenance, marine, and operations teams to support operational needs
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
Follow all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
Respond to urgent repair needs during the cruise season as required
Other duties as assigned to support operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional carpentry or construction experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Applicants must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States
Preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Experience working in remote locations or seasonal operations is a plus
Familiarity with marine or dock construction is preferred but not required
