Responsibilities
Brainstorm and develop creative concepts in collaboration with cross-functional partners, demonstrating a strong understanding of the business, industry, and target audience
Write and edit persuasive, high-quality B2B marketing copy that is compliant, accurate, and on-brand
Gather, respond to, and incorporate feedback from editors, content managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders
Provide constructive, insightful feedback to content contributors
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, products, services, processes, and regulatory requirements
Conduct research on new and emerging topics as needed to support content development
Demonstrate initiative and creativity in identifying and addressing client and business needs
Serve as a mentor to less experienced writers by providing specific feedback on copy, story ideas, content formats, and interviewing techniques
Oversee content development from planning and draft stages through final delivery
Assist in evaluating and refining project scope, content strategy, requirements, and timelines
Respond thoughtfully and flexibly to edits while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency
Establish and uphold writing standards, tone, and style guidelines
Participate in special projects and perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven excellence in business-to-business writing
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated environment is strongly preferred
