Responsibilities
Help keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running smoothly day to day
Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails, notices, and community updates
Support board meetings by helping prepare agendas, packets, minutes, and follow-ups
Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items that need attention
Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date
Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities
Qualification
Required
You're organized, professional, and enjoy working with people
You bring one year or more of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment
You communicate clearly, stay on top of details, and manage multiple priorities with confidence
You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
You're dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow into a long-term career in HOA
You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and consistent attendance
