Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day PC hardware and software support, including diagnostics, repair, upgrades, and maintenance
Assist with remote computing, trial setups, and remote collaboration tools like Citrix, VPN, and virtual conferencing platforms
Provide high-level customer service by responding quickly and effectively to user issues—both in person and over the phone
Set up and troubleshoot A/V and video conferencing tools, including Crestron, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Polycom systems
Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
Document solutions, procedures, and findings to improve team knowledge sharing and support consistency
Participate in firmwide technology rollouts, weekend upgrades, and after-hours maintenance windows as needed
Use ITSM systems to accurately log, manage, and follow up on service requests and incidents
Qualification
Required
Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical qualification
Minimum 5–6 years of IT support experience in a professional services environment
Strong knowledge of desktop computing environments, Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, Citrix, VPN, VOIP systems, and remote computing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms
Proven ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure while juggling multiple priorities
Experience with conference room setups, audio/visual equipment, Crestron systems, and virtual event platforms
Comfortable working within structured IT processes while adapting quickly to changing business needs
Preferred
A+ or Microsoft certification
