Responsibilities
Collaborate with Developers, Business users & Call Centre team / Partner Team for visualizing requirements better
Defining features and requirements, Visualize, Plan & Execute / drive POCs for data configuration where needed. And Building Roadmaps
Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing requirements specifications for new product ideas
Support training to Supporting operation team/QA/Backend Team/Partners
Coordinate with back-end developers in integrating with front-end/backend configuration
Perform analysis / debugging of issues/ data configuration in production systems during troubleshooting / escalating issues for bug fixing
UAT & Live testing / Perform (pre/post development) cross-browser/devices compatibility test
Handling Team Responsible for data-mapping, backend configuration & production support on mentioned properties
Qualification
Required
