Office Management / Staff Officer - L3 - HDR-OMSO-0001
Integrated Intel Solutions is seeking an Office Management/Staff Officer to support the Intelligence Community. The role involves coordinating HR materials, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures while supporting senior leaders' operations.

Responsibilities
Receive and act on guidance and direction from the applicant management team members to accomplish general and routine office requirements
Coordinate, collect, screen, and disseminate HR materials in accordance with the processes associated under account management and pipeline management
Use NGA systems support recruitment and hiring
Maintain the content of the assigned website to include posting and updating recruitment and hiring information
Maintain SOPs, templates, guidance associated with HD as directed by the government
Plan and integrate hiring process and strategies into mission and career service roles and responsibilities
Process and manage external applications and coordinate with career services, hiring managers and applicants to support the external hiring process
Ensure compliance with the agency established processes, to include fair and consistent human capital procedures and practices
Support current/future position requirements to ensure recruiting is appropriately focused and timely to produce high quality candidate pools
Schedule and participate in required engagement meetings, working groups, town halls and other events as required to support HD/HDR
Prepare, edit, and modify white papers, briefings, reports, and other documents
Qualification
Required
Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience working within the Intelligence Community
Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience directly supporting senior leaders' (General/Flag Officer, SES, or corporate equivalent) day-to-day operations
Minimum 24 months demonstrated experience with SharePoint and using electronic publishing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in Human Resources or related field
Preferred
Understanding/knowledge of NGA hardware/software tools available (i.e., SharePoint 2013, PeopleSoft, MS Outlook Macros, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in English
Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
