Responsibilities
Provides operations support related to accurate, complete and timely documentation of capital construction work and/or ensures accurate, complete and timely processing of contractor invoices
Compile, reconcile, and complete all tasks associated with contract invoices for construction
Use JES, Maximo, Oracle, Markview, PowerPlant, ONE Map, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, and Excel to enter data
Assist and support financial forecasting processes by providing timely invoicing
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job

Qualification
Required
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job
An understanding of policies, procedures, and use of terminology applicable to position
Experience reading various types of manuals, forms, publications, maps and reports
Experience interacting, advising and communicating effectively with internal and external customers
Experience composing and preparing correspondence and reports
Read and write fluently in English
Applicable driver's license
Mobility to travel in and around office facilities
Communicate and exchange information or instructions, sufficient to perform job responsibilities
Preferred
Associate's Degree Business administration or other related field preferred or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience
An understanding in use and function of office equipment applicable to position including: computers, photocopiers, and applicable software listed under Essential Functions
