Responsibilities
Content structure transformation: Responsible for transforming segments of the content portfolio from single-use to a reusable “headless” content structure, chunking unstructured long-form content into structured components, and migration from multiple sources
Metadata framework reuse: Adhering to and promoting the use of our content taxonomy, enabling discovery and reusability by ensuring all content is tagged and described appropriately
Content reuse: Identify opportunities to reuse content and reduce manual effort required to maintain duplicate information in multiple places
Global content updates: Responding to customer requests to create and update content in our content management system in line with process and policy changes within defined contact SLAs and delivery timelines
Content editing and proofreading: Reviewing and editing written content, such as articles, policies, assets, or content fragments for grammar and spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
Quality control: Auditing and monitoring existing content and analyzing data to maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all content
Qualification
Required
Experience in content operations or editing
Strong understanding of content structure transformation
Ability to transform unstructured long-form content into structured components
Experience with metadata frameworks and content taxonomies
Proven ability to identify opportunities for content reuse
Experience in managing content updates in a content management system
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
