The intern will be responsible for developing reports, performing data analysis, and supporting CRM feature development while working closely with team members.

Responsibilities

Development, automation, and maintenance of key reports, visualizations and analysis to be utilized in the daily management of the business, with a primary focus on Ticketing data
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Provide recommendations that directly address business goals and objectives using both quantitative and qualitative data
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments within the organization
Assist in development of CRM features and make proactive recommendations on the advancement of internal CRM processes
Stay connected with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and contribute fresh ideas to the team
Regularly audit data quality to ensure accuracy of reporting
Other duties as assigned

Required

Undergraduate degree (senior status minimum) in related field
Excellent statistical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with data to provide relevant analysis
Ability to learn new programs and processes at a fast pace
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Must be able to handle various projects at one time while performing at a very high level
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment

Preferred

Internship and/or part-time experience with other sports teams preferred
Experience using Tableau is preferred
