Qualification
Required
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree And Specialized/technical training
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Proficiency in mammalian cell culture
Proficiency in quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR)
Proficiency in protein extraction and immunoblotting (Western blot)
Proficiency in immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining
Proficiency in microscopy imaging
Proficiency in flow cytometry
Proficiency in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
Demonstrated experience in animal handling, including blood collection, serum and plasma preparation, tissue harvesting, fixation, processing, and embedding
Fully competent and proficient in the operation of sophisticated scientific equipment and independently able to perform complex procedures and techniques with accuracy
Preferred
Candidates with an M.S. degree for 2–3 years of lab experience, or a B.S. degree with 5+ years of equivalent experience
Experience with Seahorse metabolic analysis is preferred but not required
Master's degree
Advanced knowledge of research procedures, equipment and analysis methods
