Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for the Account Reconciliation platform, managing configurations, integrations, and environment oversight
Oversee system administration tasks, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and data governance
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain secure integrations with ERP systems and data warehouses
Lead issue resolution and root-cause analysis in partnership with internal teams and external vendor support
Manage release processes, regression testing, and validation of new features or system updates
Document configurations, processes, and system architecture to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
Translate business requirements into system enhancements in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting Finance or Accounting technology solutions
Strong understanding of financial close processes and reconciliation workflows
Proficient in SaaS administration and data management
Preferred
Experience with SAP Finance and Account Reconciliation platforms, particularly Blackline
Familiarity with compliance standards and internal controls related to financial systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
