This role will support the engagement and development of the Treasury Management Operations and will supervise and coach the Treasury Management Account Manager(s) and the Treasury Management Advisor(s).

Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to review performance metrics and oversee efficient operational workflows
Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent client experiences and resolve issues effectively
Proficient in banking systems, Jack Henry, Synapsys and Loan Vantage
Leadership and problem-solving capabilities for team management and decision making
Experience in banking operations or sales management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
