Responsibilities
Understanding of policies, standards, procedures and techniques used for application development
Perform application development, use software tools, and use application development software languages
Use of both system and business applications and competent to work at the highest technical level
Use of logic, management principles and new system design techniques
Supervise and manage program analysts as well as train, guide, and coordinate the work of others
Perform project management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
2 years of experience as Software Developer, Programmer Analyst or closely related field
