Billing Coordinator
Utility Supply and Construction Company is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join their growing team. The role involves collecting and reviewing billing documentation, submitting it to the accounting department, and maintaining organized records. The coordinator will also communicate with internal teams and perform basic administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
Collect billing documentation from field operations, project teams, and internal systems
Review billing items for completeness and basic accuracy (dates, job numbers, approvals)
Submit billing documentation to the Home Office Accounting Department in accordance with established procedures
Track submitted billing items to ensure timely handoff and follow up on missing information
Maintain organized electronic and/or physical records of billing documents
Communicate with internal teams to request or clarify billing documentation as needed
Follow company procedures and timelines related to billing support
Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document handling)
Ability to follow written processes and instructions
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or similar)
