Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator
TFS is the nation’s largest provider of brand-independent facilities, fleet, and asset management services. The Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Business Central environment while working closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure effective business processes.

Responsibilities
Primary administrator for Dynamics 365 Business Central on configuration, security, user management, and system health
Acts as day-to-day support and the first point of contact for all user support requests and tickets
Troubleshoots system issues, coordinate resolutions, and manage updates and patches
Manage UAT environments
Partner closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure Business Central supports business processes effectively
Translate accounting and financial requirements into system configurations and workflows
Assist with financial close activities by ensuring system integrity and accurate financial data
Optimize financial modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/Inventory/Costing) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting
Challenge the status quo by suggesting process improvement and automation opportunities; flawlessly implement efficiencies
Participate in special projects such as upgrades, integrations, and migrations
Create documentation such as workflows, process diagrams, requirements, and user guides
Assist with audits, reporting, and M&A integration
Travel for this role is estimated at less than 10%

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience administering Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and ERP financial modules
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Business Central SaaS environments and DevOps lifecycle
Excellent Power BI skills. Ability to extract data and create data models
Excellent Excel skills
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce a plus
Technical certifications a plus
