Start in 2026 SummerPACCAR Technical Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to development and validation of Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF semi-trucks. The Instrumentation Intern will assist in the instrumentation of test trucks, collect and process test data, coordinate with various departments, and submit work orders.

Responsibilities
Support tasks related to the configuration and collection of data using test control software
Install data collection instruments
Ensure accuracy of test data for engineering analysis
Assist with the calibration of accelerometers, pressure sensors and other devices
Inform managers, peers and internal customers of work progress and issues
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in Instrumentation and Control Technology Associates Degree program or be enrolled in an AA degree program in a related technology
Strong computer skills using Microsoft office products
Strong mathematical skills, basic knowledge of electronics
Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic circuits
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Effective written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible and willing to adapt to changing duties and activities
