Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in operations and process improvement
Alternatively, a Master's Degree in Engineering plus 3 years of experience in operations and process improvement
5 years (3 years w/Masters) of experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
5 years (3 years w/Masters) of experience with manufacturing durable good products in refrigeration and sheet metal products
3 years (1 year w/Masters) of experience leading manufacturing teams across multiple shifts in a Union environment
2 years of experience with Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, TPM, and other methods of Continuous Improvement
Up to 10% domestic and international travel required
