Perlick Corporation is looking for an Operations & Process Improvement Project Manager to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational processes or facilities. The role involves managing projects to enhance operational efficiency and implementing best practices in manufacturing processes.

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational processes or facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in operations and process improvement
Alternatively, a Master's Degree in Engineering plus 3 years of experience in operations and process improvement
5 years (3 years w/Masters) of experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
5 years (3 years w/Masters) of experience with manufacturing durable good products in refrigeration and sheet metal products
3 years (1 year w/Masters) of experience leading manufacturing teams across multiple shifts in a Union environment
2 years of experience with Lean manufacturing practices, Kaizen, TPM, and other methods of Continuous Improvement
Up to 10% domestic and international travel required
