New Grad, Entry LevelH.O. Bostrom Company is seeking a Part-time Heat Seal Machine Operator to ensure the efficient operation of the Radio Frequency Machine for sealing fabrics. The role involves setting up and operating the RF machine, maintaining quality control, and assisting in other production functions as needed.

Responsibilities
Choose and load correct die for product part number to be generated
Make machine adjustments to ensure good seal based on temperature and humidity and various other factors
Continue to check part quality throughout entire run of parts
Confirm all safety procedures and practices are followed
Suggest process method improvements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist other production departments in other functions where needed
Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
Ability to work well with others
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Exceptional attention to detail
Manual dexterity
Part number identification
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (8 hours a day)
Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist occasionally
Ability to carry 30 pounds, 3 feet, occasionally
Ability to push 50 pounds on a wheeled cart for 40 feet occasionally
Ability to pull 60 pounds on a wheeled cart for 50 feet occasionally
Good hand/finger dexterity required
Ability to handle repetitive motion
Ability to reach above shoulders, crouch, bend at the waist, and climb an A-frame ladder
Preferred
Prior experience working with fabric and vinyl processing/embossing a plus
