Responsibilities
Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
Monitoring the current parts inventory
Pricing parts to maintain profitability
Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
Manage PO’s and RO’s in TMT
Helping mechanics find and purchase the correct parts
Overseeing special orders
Collaborating with managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
Receive calls from drivers regarding maintenance issues and setting up service to get repairs completed
Perform quarterly inventories
Submits and/or monitors all parts warranty and return claims
Maintain the cleanliness of the shop
Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence
Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols
Become knowledgeable and maintain all company policies and procedures

Qualification
Required
A need to perform well under pressure and understand the fluctuating needs for various replacement parts to excel in the role
