Responsibilities
Set the strategic direction for our enterprise infrastructure, platforms, and operational services
Own the vision, reliability, and lifecycle of core technology services including data centers, servers, networking, cloud, telecom, and NOC/SOC operations
Lead high-performing teams to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions
Influence senior executives to drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Enterprise Technology engineering, including large, complex, multi‑site environments required
Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams with 24×7 operational accountability required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience required
Hands‑on expertise with enterprise technology and operations required
Demonstrated mastery of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem) and service reporting required
Strong vendor management and budgeting experience required
Preferred
Healthcare delivery organization, & higher education/research experience and familiarity with clinical communications preferred
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent, ITIL, PMP preferred
Experience in leading large-scale infrastructure modernization projects, including cloud migration and hybrid architecture preferred
Operational leadership of NOC/SOC functions, ensuring high availability and incident response preferred
Vendor and contract negotiation experience, including managed services and strategic partnerships preferred
