Sales Proposal Specialist I
Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA) is a premier third-party health plan administrator in the PNW, dedicated to providing customized health plans to medium to large-size employers. The Sales Proposal Specialist I will play a crucial role in the Sales Operations Team by handling Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assisting with various tasks to support the Sales Executives, ultimately contributing to the acquisition of new clients.

Responsibilities
Monitor Proposal inbox and input data into Salesforces and Trello
Draft Proposals for review and audit by a peer
Request components of the RPF including Geo Access Reports, Claim Repricing, Pharmacy Repricing, and Disruption Analysis
Compiles Disruption Analysis network comparison for review and audit by a peer
Assists in updating the Questionnaire database
Coordinates and supports prospect questionnaire responses, with leadership and sales assistance
Provides backup support for shopping of stop loss for Sales and Client Success
Collects, organizes, and submits monthly sales reporting information to the appropriate parties
Works with Sales Operations team to maintain and update templates
Updates Process Work Instructions (PWIs) for functions completed by the role
Assists the Sales and Marketing team with special projects
Administrative support: swag requests, expense reports, catering requests and meeting management
Completes other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
1-3+ years customer service experience
Successfully worked in cross-functional teams
Results driven, detail oriented and highly organized
Facilitation skills for internal meetings
Excellent data entry and analytical skills
Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite products, SmartSheet, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics etc
Expertise in building and maintaining business relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
