Develop and deepen member relationships by providing high-quality consultative services
Identify member needs, aligning them with value-added SkyOne products and services
Process transactions, update accounts, open new accounts, and handle loan applications while ensuring service standards are met
Support business development through proactive outbound sales and service calls
Provide frontline coverage at branches and call center
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial services call center
Must be able to work onsite from the Dallas location 5 days a week, and attend Credit Union sponsored community events based on business needs
Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills
Excellent member service and telephone communication skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services
Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency
A high degree of confidentiality
A positive, professional image within the workplace
Effective verbal and written communication skills
