HR & Recruiting Liaison – Warehouse Operations
Wesco is a leading provider of business-to-business distribution and logistics services. They are seeking an HR & Recruiting Liaison for Warehouse Operations to manage staffing needs, ensure compliance with HR policies, and support a productive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Track headcount changes, submit requisitions, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process for hourly positions to meet operational demands
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to align staffing strategies, foster positive employee relations, and address workforce challenges
Design and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
Enforce HR, safety, and company policies; maintain accurate time, attendance, and performance records
Assist in developing and documenting warehouse processes, establish performance standards, and identify opportunities for efficiency
Qualification
Required
2+ years in warehouse/distribution operations or a manufacturing facility
Experience in HR, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Intermediate computer proficiency
Problem-solving mindset with ability to present practical solutions
Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to multitask
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a sense of urgency
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
