Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align AI product strategy with enterprise objectives, building shared vision, prioritization alignment, and actionable roadmaps
Own the AI product lifecycle from ideation and validation through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
Translate strategic priorities into clear use cases, feature requirements, and executable delivery plans
Establish measurable frameworks to evaluate business value, model performance, and product impact beyond traditional metrics
Serve as the connective layer across data science, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to drive clarity and momentum
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to define requirements, validate feasibility, and optimize solution design
Guide trade-off decisions across scope, timeline, and investment while maintaining delivery accountability
Partner with engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and support model evaluation and operational readiness
Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage aligned with organizational governance standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience in data-driven or technology-enabled product environments
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models, and conversational AI platforms
Strong working knowledge of machine learning concepts, data science practices, and AI development lifecycles
Demonstrated experience defining success metrics and evaluating model and product performance
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline and delivery ownership
Exceptional collaboration, influence, and stakeholder alignment capabilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and decisions
Strong organizational skills with a results-driven, action-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience operating within healthcare or similarly regulated environments
