Responsibilities
Design and coordinate integrated building systems, including building technology, life safety, communications, and security systems
Translate project requirements into coordinated, code-compliant design solutions
Apply applicable codes, standards, and best practices throughout the design process
Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
Participate in project coordination and BIM meetings with internal teams and external consultants
Review product submittals, RFIs, and assist with construction administration activities
Conduct site visits and field observations, documenting conditions and supporting design updates
Maintain accurate, organized project documentation
Support collaboration and knowledge sharing with junior team members, as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2–6 years of experience in building systems, MEP, or technology systems design
Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Experience in applying building codes and industry standards to design work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
Industry certifications (such as RCDD) are not required but supported as part of professional development
