KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to provide leadership and vision to hiring managers. The role involves leading recruitment efforts for Property Manager and Corporate Management positions, managing job boards, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment efforts for Property Manager and Manager/Director Level roles at Corporate; place job opening ads, attend industry related job fairs, partner with local universities' career center, and manage internal candidate database
Identify top candidates for current and prospective clients
Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment
Manage various online job boards and the company's career site
Manage Applicant Tracking and HRIS
Collaborate with key partners weekly on open vacancies
Promote from within policy, should be, involved in the posting program. Under this program openings at all levels are posted, and employees can apply for any position for which they feel qualified
Must be able to passively recruit with a variety of different techniques to attract the right talent
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Works closely with hiring managers to share best practices, market trends, and provide assistance on critical needs

Required

Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 6 years of experience
Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite
Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to deliver on the company's mission
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter Passive Pipelining experience
A valid FL driver's license is required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Familiar working with ATS Systems with working knowledge of UKG a plus
