Responsibilities
Partner with clients to implement production management solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans
Lead D365 implementations that make a measurable impact on production efficiency
Create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities
Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business
Identify opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities
Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Production modules, focused on production control, MRP, and lean manufacturing functionalities
Configure and customize D365 to meet client-specific requirements for production management
Implement Production Control functionalities using D365, focused on efficient planning, scheduling, and management of manufacturing operations
Utilize lean manufacturing tools within D365 to streamline processes and reduce waste
Set up and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) on D365 for efficient material procurement and inventory management
Integrate master planning within Dynamics 365 to achieve optimal resource utilization
Integrate Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with D365 to connect the shop floor and enable real-time visibility of production
Collaborate on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration to support seamless product design and manufacturing processes on D365
Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Work closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of their solutions on the D365 platform
Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data
Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
Successfully pursue business development opportunities and identify and implement strategies to obtain new work or clientele
Translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives
Provide leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.)
7+ years working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Production modules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Demonstrated experience with leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Production modules, focused on production control, MRP, and lean manufacturing functionalities
