Interim HealthCare Inc. is a pioneer in home care seeking a Home Care Recruiter who is passionate about connecting compassionate caregivers with meaningful work. In this role, you will guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process and conduct new hire orientations to ensure caregivers feel confident and supported from day one.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates (PCA/CNA/HHA)

Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process

Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring caregivers understand company policies, expectations, and care standards

Coordinate background checks, onboarding documents, and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant and employee files

Build positive relationships with candidates to promote engagement and retention

Collaborate with office leadership to meet staffing needs

Assist with job postings, hiring events, and community outreach

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and state regulations

Required

High School Diploma required

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous recruiting, staffing, or healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge of state and federal home care regulations preferred
