Responsibilities
Process customer orders including scanning barcodes, picking, packing, and labeling
Use RF technology to process and track orders
Perform palletizing and re-palletizing activities for shipment
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
Verify accuracy of shipments and ensure proper packaging
Prepare goods and documentation for domestic and international shipments
Locate, retrieve, and replenish inventory in picking locations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with procedures
Follow Good Documentation Practices and safety guidelines at all times
Operate material handling equipment safely and report equipment issues immediately
Participate in required training, cross-training, and certification programs
Support quality, sanitation, housekeeping, and security standards
Qualification
Required
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Forklift certification
Experience operating material handling equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
Ability to read and interpret distribution documents
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience with material handling equipment including order pickers, reach trucks, counterbalance, and dock stockers
Experience using RF or voice-enabled scanning devices
General distribution or warehouse operations experience
