Responsibilities

Help with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Learn and apply procedures related to process and operations-

Work under management on senior technicians

Can install equipment to support network and customer requirements, maintain site security and cleanliness, and oversee contractors for maintenance and restoration of components

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, replacing defective modules, tracking spares, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining technical documentation

Required

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Read service orders and basic circuit diagrams
