Responsibilities

Own and define the long-term device partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Peacock’s overall business, marketing, and subscriber growth objectives
Establish a clear point of view on the role of device partners within the broader streaming ecosystem, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and priorities
Serve as a thought leader by proactively identifying industry trends, platform innovations, and audience insights to inform future device and distribution strategies
Lead senior-level relationships with key device partners, acting as Peacock’s primary strategic representative and ensuring strong, collaborative, and mutually beneficial partnerships
Scale and optimize partnerships beyond launch, identifying incremental growth opportunities and developing multi-quarter marketing roadmaps that drive sustained engagement and performance
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Partner Management, Media, Analytics, Title Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Oversee the development and activation of marketing strategies across device platforms, balancing editorial and paid media
Own performance measurement across key KPIs including CPiA, CLV, ROAS, engagement, retention, and awareness, ensuring clear accountability and impact
Partner with Analytics to integrate device marketing into broader measurement frameworks, including MMM and MTA, to inform optimization and long-term planning
Provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, forecasting, and investment prioritization, balancing short-term performance with long-term growth
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing partner marketing team, setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of accountability and innovation
Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, providing consultative guidance on partner marketing strategy, executional best practices, and scaling opportunities across the organization

Required

8 -10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or platform distribution, with a strong foundation in paid media and performance-driven marketing
Strong people leader with experience leading internal teams and external partners or clients, with a passion for developing internal talent and driving team performance
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior-level stakeholders and executive approvals
Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive business decisions and long-term growth
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Media, entertainment, or streaming experience strongly preferred
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization and with external partners
Strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and position devices within a holistic marketing and distribution ecosystem
Deep analytical orientation with a track record of using data to tell compelling stories and inform strategy
Experience managing and optimizing paid media across multiple KPIs and platforms
