Senior Project Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

Manage projects and project teams successfully from qualification, through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeout
Collaborate with the Superintendent and field team to ensure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes
Establish team member roles and responsibilities and define the structure and communication expectations to ensure efficient work and progression
Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
Provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies
Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization(s)
Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Act as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities
Manage, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree
At least five (5) years of Project Manager level experience in electrical construction or related activities in a leadership role and managing projects
2 years of managing professional staff
Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar
