Responsibilities

Perform a detailed review of the Allowance for Credit Loss
Prepare credit-related reports for management and Board
Prepare loan-related reports for public reporting
Perform interest rate risk analysis using ALM models and Prepare IRR reports, shock scenarios, and yield curve analyses
Maintain documentation for models, assumptions, and methodologies
Maintain and enhance treasury models, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Work with data sources such as core systems, ALM software, and Excel/Power Query
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy

Required

Fluent bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written) preferred for business communications and job-related duties
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year of experience in banking, accounting, or treasury preferred
Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, and e-mail
Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone
Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations
Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks to meet deadlines
