Responsibilities
Assist with business legal contract management and workflows and operations
Coordinate outside counsel billing and operations for business and trademark legal
Develop and maintain scalable processes, templates, playbooks, and training materials
Support trademark clearance and prosecution processes, including coordinating searches, reviewing results, preparing and filing applications, responding to office actions with outside counsel, and maintaining accurate global portfolio records
Project management of NVIDIA’s global trademark portfolio and brand enforcement workstreams across multiple jurisdictions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of relevant experience supporting business and trademark legal workstreams
Ability to create scalable systems and workflows to accelerate legal operations
Deep working knowledge of trademark docketing systems, portfolio management tools, and trademark office procedures
Research and analytical skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Paralegal certification or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred but not required
Familiarity with contract management tools (DocuSign CLM), experience using Anaqua, Microsoft Office Suite, CounselLink, and a strong adoption and familiarity with AI tools and technologies
Training at a top-tier law firm with a substantial trademark or transactional practice and across a wide range of jurisdictions
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and business teams
Prior experience supporting trademarks for technology-driven products, platforms, or services
Hands-on experience supporting trademark disputes, including administrative proceedings
