Account Executive
Diskko is a premium custom apparel and merchandise partner for brands, agencies, and creators. They are seeking an Account Executive to own inbound opportunities and long-term client relationships within custom apparel and merchandise programs, guiding clients through the process while partnering closely with Creative and Production teams.

Responsibilities
Own inbound leads and existing accounts in apparel and merch programs
Lead discovery calls with brands and agencies who already sell or distribute merch
Close new business and grow accounts through repeat and ongoing programs
Act as primary point of contact across all assigned clients
Advise on blank garment selection, fit, fabrication, and quality
Recommend appropriate decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, DTG/DTF, specialty inks, etc.)
Set realistic expectations around timelines, pricing, MOQs, and tradeoffs
Partner with Creative Producers to shape feasible, production-ready solutions
Align scope, pricing, and expectations before production begins
Hand off approved projects to Production Management for execution
Communicate changes, risks, or constraints clearly and early
Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and project documentation
Some minimal travel may be required throughout the year (trade shows, company meetings in New York, etc)
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years in custom apparel, merchandise, promotional products, or similar
Direct experience working with decorators, blanks, and production timelines
Proven success managing and growing client accounts in this space
Strong understanding of custom production workflows and constraints
Strong product and production intuition
Clear, confident, quick client communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple active programs
Collaborative and solutions-oriented
