Oversee day-to-day facility operations and preventive maintenance programs
Manage on-site repairs and maintenance staff or contractors
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions
Coordinate building system upgrades and repairs with minimal disruption
Develop and manage the facilities budget and maintenance schedules
Collaborate with event operations and culinary teams to meet venue needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in facilities or building operations
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Preferred
Certifications in OSHA, EPA, or building systems preferred
