The role focuses on delivering high-quality experiences while managing logistics for various events across multiple cities.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute 60–80 person in-person events across major cities (SF, Austin, NYC, Chicago, etc.)
Run Agentic-thons / hackathon-style events, including logistics, agendas, and on-site execution
Fully own events end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendors, catering, AV, registration, and day-of coordination
Partner with Marketing and Sales to promote events pre-launch, including email invitations, landing pages, social posts, and partner promotions
Coordinate creation of pre-event marketing materials such as agendas, speaker blurbs, event pages, and registration assets
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event promotion and attendee communications
Support attendee acquisition by tracking registrations and making real-time adjustments to promotional efforts as needed
Support Datagrid’s presence at select industry conferences
Handle logistics such as booth coordination, materials, staffing schedules, and event checklists
Create repeatable conference and event checklists to improve efficiency over time
~30% domestic travel to field events and trade shows
Coordinate post-event follow-ups with sales and internal teams
Capture post-event feedback and learnings to improve future programs
Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and event playbooks
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or event planning
Experience planning and executing in-person events (50–100+ attendees)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfortable owning events independently with minimal hand-holding
Preferred
Background in event planning or hospitality
B2B SaaS or tech company experience
Experience supporting events across multiple cities
