Responsibilities
Handling both insurance coverage and general liability defense matters
Analyzing insurance coverage issues and preparing detailed coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies
Managing cases, including motion practice, discovery, and handling of hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) to seven (7) years of experience handling both insurance coverage and general liability defense matters
Substantial experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and preparing detailed coverage opinions involving first-party property and general liability policies
Strong litigation experience in all phases of insurance defense matters, including case management, motion practice, discovery, and the handling of hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Admission to the Washington State Bar is required
Preferred
Some experience in insurance law
Excellent skills in any litigation arena
