Sonoma State University is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Responsibilities
Perform varied administrative, technical and analytical duties, including record management, operations and procedures, course scheduling processes, and budget preparation and control for the School of Nursing and Health Sciences
Serve as the main resource for faculty, administrator, staff, students, and community in diverse and moderate complex matters of policy, procedure, and practice by providing information; historical background and rationales
Use independent judgement to make decisions, interpret and apply policies and procedures, perform research when needed, prepare and analyze budgetary and other financial reports, provide support documentation, and provide general office assistance
Interact with all levels inside and outside the university and may include dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Qualification
Required
This position requires a bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs
Intermediate proficiency of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) required
Two years of experience in office administration is preferred
Preferred

Knowledge of Google Suite, Drupal, and PeopleSoft preferred
