Responsibilities
Follow our proven sales process to close high-value painting projects
Conduct in-home consultations and create accurate, detailed, and timely proposals & work orders
Self-generate minimum 25% of leads through various sources
Collaborate with operations team to hand off accurate work scopes
Perform follow-ups, network through BNI/Chamber, and canvass
Represent PAINT CORPS at expos, trade shows, and community events
Maintain minimum close rates and minimum gross profit
Ensure exceptional customer service
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Direct to consumer sales experience required
Self-Motivated and able to manage your schedule
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Clear Criminal History – Background check required
Comfortable with in-person sales, customer service, and objection handling
