Responsibilities

Support post‑sale digital campaigns from launch through completion, including setup, execution, optimizations, and reporting
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance
Manage campaign revisions, trafficking updates, and ongoing quality checks to maintain accuracy and alignment with client goals
Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery to identify issues early and recommend solutions
Prepare and deliver campaign reporting, insights, and performance summaries to internal teams and clients
Provide best‑in‑class client service by responding promptly to requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Contribute to account growth by identifying optimization opportunities and supporting renewal conversations

Required

Strong attention to detail as this is dealing with intricate orders, campaign performance and reporting
Demonstrates strong & proactive written & verbal communication skills. This is particularly important since it is an in-take queue and requires clarifying questions with support teams, sales and ad operations teams throughout fulfillment
Familiar with digital terms and products including but not limited to impressions, net cost, gross costs, impression buffers, podcasts, streaming & banners
Time management skills: demonstrated ability to balance workload and communicate turn-times, as well as any anticipated delays
Self-starter, proactive in task completion as well as issue resolution
Very comfortable with Outlook and Excel, and general software systems
Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
Ability to work within standardized procedures and an understanding of when to escalate
Skills to solve straightforward problems using established procedures
Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved
Common courtesy when communicating with coworkers and outside contacts
