Responsibilities
Execute an action plan to resolve operational issues based on client survey results and field operative controls to improve the overall client experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit workflows, specifically regarding storage billing and client experience operations
Ensure compliance with field operative controls and organizational standards to maintain high levels of brand consistency across the art logistics network
Qualification
Required
Foundational understanding of supply chain or marketing with an interest in how workflows impact the final client experience
Strong knowledge of G-Suite and the ability to interpret survey data into actionable process improvements
Proven ability in problem-solving and attention to detail, specifically regarding inventory flow and identifying missing process steps
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on product supply services
