Responsibilities
Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel
Makes change, cashes checks, and exchanges foreign currency
Reconciles all transactions at the close of each shift
Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches
Answers and directs phone calls, pages radio requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies
Review expected arrivals
Qualification
Required
Individuals with high organizational skills
Speaking, writing and reading English is required
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S
Flexible schedule with availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
