MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Management Analyst to support war-winning capabilities for the United States Air Force. The role involves analyzing, developing, and evaluating issues related to wartime and contingency planning, and supporting the installation mission at Robins AFB.

Responsibilities
Serve as a program analyst by applying knowledge of war and contingency planning, policy, concepts, and procedures to analyze, develop, and evaluate issues
Develop wartime and contingency plans and programs to support the installation mission
Participate in the assessment and improvement of plans and programs for conducting major operations such as wartime, mobilization, deployments, operational readiness exercises, command and control, or similar operations
Recognize problems, analyze data, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
Design and conduct comprehensive studies and prepare solutions to resolve real world problems where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures
Plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with send or analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures
Access or locate information through the use of a personal computer or terminal; develop and utilize appropriate data collection techniques; plan and execute complex multi-faceted projects
Qualification
Required
Current Air Force Employee, assigned at Robins Air Force Base, is required to apply for this position
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Obtain & Maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Subject to 24-hour no notice recall, non-normal duty hours, rotating shifts, overtime on an emergency basis, extended workweek, and weekend/holiday duty during war and /or contingency operations, natural disasters, and/or readiness exercise
Knowledge of wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to participate in the assessment and improvement of plans and programs for conducting major operations such as wartime, mobilization, deployments, operational readiness exercises, command and control, or similar operations
Knowledge of USAF DoD, AFMC, AFSC, and Installation program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions related to actual events
Ability to recognize problems, analyze data, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive studies and preparing solutions to resolve real world problems issues of effectiveness where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures
Ability to plan, organize, and negotiate effectively with send or analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures
