Contractor Success Manager

RoofMarketplace relies on a strong, consistent network of roofing contractors to deliver reliable outcomes for homeowners and carriers. The Contractor Success Manager owns the post-onboarding contractor experience, focusing on performance, coaching, accountability, and overall marketplace health, while working directly with contractors to support their success on the platform.

Responsibilities

Own ongoing contractor performance including monitoring agreed KPIs, intervening early on risk signals, and managing escalations impacting jobs, homeowners, or carrier confidence
Work directly with contractors to set clear expectations, reinforce performance standards, and support consistent execution on awarded jobs
Manage contractor‑related escalations, serving as the point of ownership for issues that affect active jobs, contractual commitments, or customer and carrier relationships
Identify trends and recurring issues within the contractor network and provide feedback to internal teams to improve processes, tooling, and marketplace policies
Create and use dashboards and reporting tools to monitor contractor performance, leveraging these insights to provide coaching and support, helping contractors optimize their approaches for greater success
Proactively identify opportunities for contractors to gain additional value from our services and promote relevant features and benefits
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contractor success metrics and initiatives

Required

5+ years of experience in contractor management, vendor management, account management, marketplace operations, service delivery, or a related role focused on ongoing partner performance and outcomes
Experience working with field‑based contractors, service providers, or trade professionals
Ability to thrive in a contractor partner role, balancing hands-on work with leadership responsibilities
Enthusiasm to contribute to developing and enhancing the contractor success function
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Power BI and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams
Comfort operating in a fast‑changing environment where processes and tools continue to evolve
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for delivering exceptional contractor experience and value and driving customer success
