Responsibilities
Review fiscal documents for completeness, correctness, and compliance with department Fiscal Guidelines and standard office processing procedures
Process fiscal transactions in the department's grant payment system and/or the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
Develop tables, charts, spreadsheets, and reports as needed by using various reporting tools to extract and compile data related to grants and grant-funded activities from multiple sources
Maintain accurate and complete office files
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Requires 24 undergraduate and/or graduate semester credit hours in accounting, finance, and/or auditing
Minimum of two years' experience in accounting, grants management or finance
Review fiscal documents for completeness, correctness, and compliance with department Fiscal Guidelines and standard office processing procedures
Process fiscal transactions in the department's grant payment system and/or the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
Develop tables, charts, spreadsheets, and reports as needed by using various reporting tools to extract and compile data related to grants and grant-funded activities from multiple sources
Maintain accurate and complete office files
Perform other duties, as assigned
Preferred
Attention to detail, comfortable working with numbers, ability to take direction
Microsoft office applications knowledge is preferred
